Returns policy
Your complete satisfaction is incredibly important to us.
So, if you're not satisfied, we're here to assist you.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return for either a store credit or exchange. Please note that an item can only be returned if it is in original condition. Your return will not be accepted if this is not followed.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted we will ship out your desired product. For any undamaged product, simply return it in its original packaging with the original receipt within 14 days of receiving it, and we'll exchange it for your new size or colour preference.

AMOR by D will cover the postage costs to send the new item/items to you. To be eligible for an exchange, your item/s must be in original condition, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. Items sent back to us without following the instructions will not be accepted. The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item. We do our best to ensure your requested exchange item is in stock when we receive your return, however unfortunately this is not guaranteed. If we do not have stock of your requested item when we process your return, you will instead be provided with a store credit to the value of your returned item (subject to applicable discounts used).

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Any items deemed faulty within a 14-day period can be returned. Any issues outside of this period are considered to be wear and tear and as such cannot be returned.
DISCLAIMER:
While we strive to ensure that our products offer protection against scuffing or scratching of your rings when worn correctly during reasonable physical exercise, it's important to acknowledge that individual factors such as varying weight handling and exercise techniques may influence outcomes. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that our products will invariably meet all of your expectations or cater to all of your specific needs. Further, we cannot be held responsible for general wear and tear of your ring protector.
Your recourse for any dissatisfaction with purchased products is outlined in our return policy. By agreeing to our Terms of Sale, which include this product disclaimer, you expressly acknowledge the following:
- There may be risks associated with wearing finger jewellery during weightlifting or physical activities involving machinery or objects, including the potential for serious bodily harm, disability, death, or property damage.
- AMOR by D does not claim that its products will eliminate these risks.
- Under no circumstances shall AMOR by D, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers, or licensors be held liable for any injuries, losses, claims, or damages, whether direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential, arising from the use of AMOR by D products.
Please note that in some jurisdictions, limitations on liability for consequential or incidental damages may not be enforceable, and in such cases, our liability will be restricted to the maximum extent permitted by law.
